DF-850 Folder

The Duplo DF-850 Folder is one of Duplo’s quietest friction-feed tabletop folders, designed for efficiency and simplicity. Capable of processing up to 241 sheets per minute, it handles paper sizes up to 11” x 17” and weights ranging from 52.3 to 157 gsm. Equipped with a three-roller friction feed system, the DF-850 reliably folds bond, NCR, and cover stock with ease.

Operators can choose from six pre-programmed fold styles, or create custom and cross folds by reprocessing sheets. Its intuitive control panel and quiet operation—enhanced by internal sound absorbers—make it an ideal solution for busy environments that require minimal noise disruption. With easy job setup and a feeder capacity of up to 500 sheets, the DF-850 is a smart upgrade from manual folding.
