Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item or the order is ready for pick-up to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • A packing slip is required for verification.

To initiate a return, contact us at orders@shoppds.ca with the following details:

  • Your web order number
  • The reason for the return
  • The item(s) you would like to return

For faster processing, include “Web Order (Order #) Return Request” in the subject line of your email.

If your return is approved, we will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number along with instructions on how and where to ship the item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be sent back at your expense.

Please note:

  • A restocking fee will apply to all returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 2 business days of receiving it so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Custom products (e.g., cut-to-order materials such as foil)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Final Sale Items

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

If you have questions about whether a specific item qualifies for a return, feel free to contact us before making a purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the restocking fee.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges and return fees are non-refundable.
  • Your card provider may take up to one billing cycle to reflect the refund on your statement.

Equipment Returns & Refunds

Equipment purchases are final sale upon shipment for both online and in-person transactions.

If you wish to cancel an online equipment purchase before the shipment date, the refund will be subject to a 3% processing fee, which is non-refundable.
