At Print Digital Solutions, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping to ensure your orders reach you promptly and in excellent condition.
Order Processing Times
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time): We aim to process and ship orders on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time): Orders will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Business Days: Our shipping schedule operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your orders quickly and securely. During checkout, you can choose from available shipping options based on your location and preferences.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your package’s progress.
Lost Shipments
We handle lost shipment cases on a case-by-case basis. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, or if the package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately at customercare@printdigitalpds.ca.
When reporting a lost shipment, please include:
- Your order number
- Tracking information
- A brief description of the issue
We will work with the carrier to investigate the matter and determine the appropriate resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please notify us within 2 business days of delivery. Send an email to customercare@printdigitalpds.ca with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect items
- A description of the issue
We will review the details and work to resolve the situation promptly.
International Shipping
For customers outside Canada, additional shipping charges, customs duties, or taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
