What are your delivery options?
We offer several delivery options depending on your order size and location, including local courier service, international carriers, and freight shipping for larger orders.

All standard orders are shipped via UPS.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes. Once your order is ready, you can pick it up from our warehouse during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm). Click here for our address.
How do I check my order or delivery status?
You can email us at orders@printdigitalsolutions.com with your order number to receive the latest update.
What should I do if I received the wrong product?
Please contact us immediately at 416-297-7996 or email us at info@printdigitalsolutions.com so we can arrange a replacement.
Orders
Why is my order late?
Shipping delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume. If your delivery window has passed, please contact our customer support.
Can I cancel my online order?
Contact us directly at 416-297-7996, kindly have your name, company name, and order number ready available.
How to track my order?
When your package ships, we'll provide you a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. Check the shipping confirmation email for your tracking link.
Alternatively, you may also log into your account, select Purchase History, select Track Shipment.
I did not receive my order confirmation email
If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, please follow these steps:
- Check Your Spam/Junk Folder.
- Ensure the email address provided during checkout is correct.
- If still missing, contact us at 416-297-7996 or info@printdigitalsolutions.com with your name, company name, and order details, and we will assist you promptly.
I can't find my order in my order history
This may occur if the order was placed as a guest or under a different email. Contact our customer support with your name, order number, and date of purchase.
Why was only part of my order delivered?
Sometimes items are shipped in multiple boxes or from different locations. The rest of your order should arrive shortly. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Why was my order cancelled?
Orders may be cancelled due to stock availability, payment issues, or address verification problems. You will receive an email with details, and any payment will be refunded.
What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but I didn't receive it?
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Review the tracking details for delivery location.
- If still missing, contact the courier and our customer support immediately.
Payment & Billing
Can my billing and shipping addresses be different?
You can specify different shipping and billing addresses during checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and approved business accounts.
Why is my payment being refused?
Payment may be declined due to insufficient funds, mismatched billing information, or security issues. Contact your bank or try another payment method.
How can I obtain an invoice of my order?
You can download your invoice from your account’s order history, or request one by emailing orders@printdigitalsolutions.com with your order number.
Returns
How do I return my product?
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item or the order is ready for pick-up to request a return.

Can I exchange my product?
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Where is my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the restocking fee.
