The Rhin-O-Tuff HD7000 stands as the gold standard in vertical punching equipment. Featuring a 14” (356 mm) open-ended punching throat, the HD7000 accommodates legal-size sheets and beyond with ease—making it ideal for punching both standard and custom formats. Its patented Quick Change Die System (QCDS) allows tool-free die swaps in 30 seconds, eliminating downtime and setup complexity.

This heavy-duty system is rated for up to 40 sheets (or 80 pages of 20 lb. paper) per lift and delivers up to 56 punch cycles per minute. The built-in Auto Reverse Feature reduces downtime by automatically backing out jammed pins, while the “paper-to-pin” sight alignment and pre-set paper stops ensure flawless results—even on odd-sized documents.

With over 20 available dies and compatibility with coil, wire, comb, velo, and 3-hole patterns, the HD7000 adapts seamlessly to diverse binding needs. It’s also fully compatible with Rhin-O-Tuff’s modular components like APES and PAL systems—offering future-ready productivity in one durable, operator-friendly machine.
