This fuser unit is designed to handle envelopes that are 9”x12” or greater and is Not Compatible with #10 envelopes. Attempting to print using #10 envelopes with this fuser unit may result in:
- Paper Jams and Misfeeds: incompatible envelopes may not feed correctly, causing frequent stoppages.
- Premature Fuser Wear: the fuser's rollers and components are stressed by running media outside of their specified tolerances.
- Heat-Related Damage to Envelope: incorrect temperatures can cause envelopes to wrinkle or curl excessively.
- Service Interruptions or Equipment Downtime: failures caused by misfeeds and component stress can halt printing operations.
