The AeroCut nano Max is the ideal finishing solution for small print shops, in-plants, and digital print environments looking for an affordable yet highly capable business card and card-size finishing system. It handles media up to 330 mm x 488 mm and weights up to 400 gsm, producing clean, accurate cuts every time.

Its patented Tri-Suction Feeder ensures consistent feeding, reducing the chances of double feeds or paper jams. Combined with Uchida’s unique InstaSet BAR system, operators can quickly align slitter positions with tool-free manual adjustments. Custom bars are available for non-standard job sizes at a lower cost than traditional slitter cartridges.

Maintenance is made simple with quick-release rollers and easy access to internal components, speeding up recovery time in case of jams and minimizing downtime.
