CI3000 – Electric Coil Inserter

Specifically designed to simplify large-format coil binding, the Rhin-O-Tuff CI3000 Electric Coil Inserter is the go-to solution for businesses handling longer books and thicker coils. Equipped with a unique mandrel system, this powerful unit excels at inserting coils from 6mm to 30mm, offering the greatest benefit when using coils 20mm and up—significantly cutting down insertion time.

The CI3000’s thoughtful design includes precise placement guides for easy and accurate document alignment, plus a coil guidance chute that eliminates tangling and ensures smooth feeding—especially critical when inserting 36” long coils. Unlike traditional inserters, which struggle with large coils, the CI3000 reduces threading time by up to two-thirds, boosting productivity and minimizing effort.

Pair the CI3000 with the HD7500H Horizontal Punch or other Rhin-O-Tuff systems to create a fully optimized, industrial-grade binding setup.
