DK20SPT Twin Air-Op Swing-Away Heat Press – 16" x 20"

Designed for performance and throughput, the DK20SPT is Geo Knight’s dual-station upgrade of the DK20SP. With a twin-table shuttle system, operators can dramatically reduce idle time by prepping one station while the other completes the press cycle—resulting in faster workflow and higher productivity.

This press features air-operated automation powered by your external air compressor, delivering up to 3,000 lbs of pressure for ultra-consistent heat transfers. It maintains the same user-friendly controls as the single-table DK20SP: digital temperature control, dual-timer, and 70 programmable presets. The All-Thread™ interchangeable platens and SuperCoil-Microwinding™ heating technology ensure even pressure and heat across a wide range of substrates, including garments, hard goods, and thicker materials up to 2”.

The DK20SPT is ideal for production environments that need more throughput than manual presses can provide but aren’t quite ready for a fully automated shuttle press. Optional upgrades like a laser alignment system and rolling stand add even more workflow efficiency.
