The DK7 is a dedicated cap press engineered to handle everything from low-profile and fitted caps to youth-sized headwear. It features a unique rear hold-down device that secures the cap strap firmly against the pressing surface for consistent, accurate transfers every time. The press comes equipped with three interchangeable bottom forms—Standard, EURO (mid-size), and Youth—making it a flexible solution for decorators working with various hat styles.

This fully digital cap press includes temperature control from 32° to 600°F, an automatic digital timer with a dual pre-press feature, and 70 programmable presets. Built with a rugged solid steel framework, hardened pivot points, and a gas-spring lift mechanism, the DK7 is made for longevity and performance. The wide-opening design and Teflon-coated ¾” thick heat platen make loading and unloading simple and efficient.
