DPC 600 PKG Digital Die Cutter

Take on new markets with the DPC-600 PKG, an advanced B2 flatbed digital die cutter that delivers fast, automated finishing for packaging, signage, and display products. Whether you’re producing custom boxes, pocket folders, or POP retail displays, this system processes cut files digitally—eliminating traditional dies and reducing turnaround times.

With a quadruple tooling head, the DPC-600 PKG comes equipped with a press cut tool for clean cuts up to 3 mm thick, active and drag knives for intricate shapes on paper and PET, and a scoring wheel for clean fold lines. The optional oscillating knife extends cutting thickness up to 6 mm, enabling jobs on corrugated, chipboard, and foam board.

A deep pile feeder with an 8” stack capacity enables continuous feeding of both coated/uncoated paper and non-paper substrates. Smart automation includes job file preparation, automated registration, and fast changeovers using the DPC Connect software.
